Frank Lloyd Wright's "desert winter camp".  He used this as a laboratory to test architectural and design concepts, and as a school for apprentices from the '30s until his death in 1959. Scottsdale, AZ, at the base of the McDowell Mountains.

Near McGuireville, AZ. Spring-fed sinkhole. Notice cliff dwellings in upper left. Flows out to irrigation canal and Beaver Creek through crack in wall. Well outlet irrigation canal, along side Beaver Creek.

Tucson Mountain Park about 5 miles from Tucson, Arizona.
