Beautiful, relaxing trip to desert Southwest for hiking, snowshoeing and visit to daughter and her new hisband in Reno. 86 miles hiked/snowshoed and 1488 miles driven over 14 days, from Las Vegas to Reno and back. There were many highlights on this trip, but one of the best was from the Tahoe Rim Trail high above Lake Tahoe, on the Nevada side. Another highlight was exploring the upper end of Mosaic Canyon in Death Valley NP, to the left.  Will be returning!
