Beautiful Day Hike

 Two-day walkabout in search of some cooler air. 500 miles driven and 19 miles hiked over two days. A highlight was the Little River WMA naear Eatonton, GA.  Made for a beautiful early morning walk!

Nice road trip from St. Simons to North Georgia and Birmingham, AL areas.  The beautiful new green of Spring was on full display! 1600 miles driven, 52 miles hiked and three kayak trips kept us busy! A highlight was our boat/hike trip on Blue Ridge Lake where we were able to hike 2 miles along a peninsula after easily beaching the boat and disembarking.
